Minosh Salam oversees corporate strategy, partnerships with technology providers and execution of all business initiatives. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in business development, marketing and product management in the IT Industry.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Minosh, over the last decade, was instrumental in founding SquareOne Technologies and establishing it as one of leading digital transformation solution providers in the middle eastern region.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     He brings extensive experience to this role from having built startups, new markets, new products from inception to scale having served in various capacities at MDC, Hewlett Packard, HCL, Computer Point, KIT etc. His key strengths include entrepreneurship, marketing, business development, process improvements and other strategic functions. His career spanned across geographies viz. Wriddhi leads the Analytics Practice. Having more than 12 years of work experience in IT and Consulting sector, he has led multiple Digital Transformation and Big Data Analytics Project in UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and India.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Wriddhi has done his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow) and held senior positions at PwC, Wipro, Infosys, etc. He comes with a sound knowledge of the Big Data Ecosystem with working experience in Hadoop, Spark, Elastic, Kafka, Qlik, Kibana, Pentaho, Alteryx, Logstash, etc. He has led the delivery of multiple Analytics and Digital Transformation Projects in the EMEA region and has a proven track record in leading sizeable, cross-functional team in enterprise and analytics solution delivery, driving great efficiencies, user engagement and revenues.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     He also been the Project Manager of some of the largest IT implementation and business reengineering projects in Government, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, and Manufacturing domains. His project include predictive analytics use cases to a leading retail player in UAE, Digital Transformation in Government Departments, IOT driven Analytics in Oman, Process Automation and Reengineering in Ministries of Saudi Arabia, KPI monitoring and reporting to Government institutes in Kuwait and UAE.

Jeelani Khursheed leads the Business at DataQraft. An accomplished and successful Sales & Marketing Leader in the Data, BI, AI, Analytics space with more than 16 years of experience driving top-performing teams to capture market share and realize substantial revenue increase. Jeelani’s expertise lies in successfully developing and implementing effective sales strategies, directing go-to-market campaigns, and negotiating substantial global contracts to accelerate business development and revenue growth.                                                                                                                                                                                               Jeelani has done MBA in Business Analytics from Alliance University and has been associated with Oracle, Tableau, AT&T etc during his career. Jeelani managed staff recruitment and team establishment from scratch, account management, and untapped market impact and penetration endeavours. Additionally, his success in client relationship building and management positions him to make a significant impact on the organization. Jeelani’ career spanned across EMEA and APAC.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Jeelani has been instrumental in successfully leading Start-up’s from scratch predominantly within the GCC region.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           What you didn’t know:                                                                                                                                 Jeelani’s passion for running has won him multiple marathon accolades in the 5KMS, 10KMS and 21KMS category. Mehdi Ben Younes is the head of Qatar Operations. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Development, ERP implementation, Enterprise process improvements, Operations, Product management & Delivery, Pre-sales and Sales.                                                                                                                                                                                       Mehdi was more recently responsible for ERP roll-out at Elan Group, the leading integrated company for Media, Events & Entertainment in Qatar. Prior to joining Elan Qatar, he held various positions in Tunisia, viz.  IT Manager in Appetissante (IFFCO Group), Sr.Developer & Trainer at UNICOM and BI Consultant at DataSoft.                                                                                                                                                                                                       He brings in a lot of strengths - having certified and worked on BI platforms including Targit 2000, SQL analysis Services, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Qlik, BI4Dynamics, PowerBI,  RDBMS including Oracle. Santosh Kamath leads a team of professionals in the strategic planning and execution of projects on SAP, Big/Fast Data, AI/ML, BI and analytics.  He brings in 20 years of consulting and technology international experience (US, Australia & India)  in SAP, Sales Force, Automation Anywhere, SharePoint online covering various aspects of Finance specifically in the Banking and Financial Services.  He brings in rich experience of migrating into and out of SAP.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     He brings in 16 years of functional experience in Finance and Treasury covering GDR, ADR, Borrowings, Hedging (Currency and Interest rates), Leasing , Securitsation, Finalization and consolidation, Fixed Assets, Tax and Budgeting.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Santosh was most recently Business CIO at the Corporate Finance Division of Tata Capital and has engineered the Digitisation and Digitalisation of their IT systems.                                                                                                                                                                                   What you didn’t know:                                                                                                                                 When not working, you will find Santosh reading books, walking,  playing chess, Catan and badminton.

Rajat Ghosh more than 22 years of IT experience, 20 of which have been on Data and Insights based across multiple industries.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Besides being a Solution & Data Architect, has also functioned as a Business Analyst. Involved in requirement analysis, solution design and data modelling on multiple Technology Platforms (including Big Data).Strong exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Media, Telecom, Utilities, Retail and Logistics domains Hands- on experience in multiple DWH Platforms, Data Integration and BI/Visualization Tools .                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Certified Google Cloud data engineer with experience across AWS, GCP and Azure. Mandar Manwadkar oversees the data engineering practice, providing strategic and managerial direction to the line of business. He has more than 20 years of consulting, delivery and leadership experience in Data Warehousing across industry verticals.                                                                                                                                                                                       Prior to joining SquareOne Group, he was Principal Consultant at Oracle responsible for Solution Consulting of Oracle's data management software. In his role at IBM as a DWH Solution Architect, he has delivered end-to-end solutions on medium to large data warehousing projects. Sudesh as Group CTO oversees directions on technology strategy and product development. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in technology, product management and business management.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Besides driving the long- range direction of product development and related R&D for multiple product initiatives, he also has responsibilities for the technical line of business including Presales, solution engineering, revenue from services, related P&L, subsidiary governance and customer delight.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 He is responsible for identifying opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s outcomes, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace, for business success. As the Group Managing Director, Vinod oversees the strategy and execution of all the companies within the group. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in entrepreneurship, technology, product management, marketing and sales.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Vinod has founded several technology companies in different verticals including Banking, Travel, Aviation, Technology, Hospitality & Retail. He has worked in different geographies including South Asia, North America & Middle East.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   He also serves as a board member and advisor to several early stage companies and start-ups. Dr Phaedon Hadjisavvas is the Strategic Advisor for the SAP S/4HANA migration opportunities and projects. He brings more than 40 years of professional experience, 30 years of leadership experience in management and business development. He  is the founder, Managing Director of SAP Hellas that did the expansion of SAP to Greece, Bulgaria and Cyprus in the early years of SAP R/3.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 He is currently working as Strategic Advisor to support SAP Partners and customers to migrate to SAP S/4HANA with the latest tools and methodology of SAP.                                                                                                                                                                                                       Born in Cameroun, Greece, he did hs early education in France at Grenoble and Paris. He later graduated with a Ph.D. in Sciences from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble and Petrol Engineer degree from the French Institute of Petroleum in Paris. Later whilst working in EXXON he has prepared and got his second  Ph.D. in Information Systems from a US University.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Before his SAP years, he served 9 years in EXXON as Petrol Engineer in various assignments, 5 years in Coopers & Lybrand where he became a Partner of the IT consulting services department. Ghassan as a Group Director is part of team and advisory which drives the strategic directions of the group.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Ghassan also is the General Manager for Squareone Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s overall operations, with direct oversight of sales, marketing, professional services and strategy.
